Additionally they create new networks during training.
  • Employees of companies as the direct beneficiaries of the project benefit by getting training in developing/strengthening intrapreneurship competences, increasing their knowledge, and therefore raising their value for the company.
  • VET students as the direct beneficiaries of the project benefit by getting training to increase their employability, as well as creating a network with employees of different companies.
  • European training providers and universities as potential transferees of the project results benefit by getting a highly sophisticated, holistic training programme addressing the widely neglected topic of corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
  • Business development agencies as intermediaries between the consortium and the enterprises benefit from more innovative companies due to their capacity building during participation in the intrapreneurship training programme in the network.
  • Employment agencies as stakeholder groups benefit from better-qualified employees and possible licensing of the training programme for intrapreneurial employees (for qualification of unemployed).
  • Chambers of Commerce as intermediaries between the consortium and enterprises benefit by more innovative companies due to their participation in the corporate entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship training programme.
  • Chambers of Labour as stakeholder groups benefit from better-qualified employees.
